The Property Services Appeal Board (PSAB) / An Bord Achomhairc um Sheirbhísí Maoine was formally established on 3 April 2012 pursuant to section 74 and Schedule 2, Part 2 of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 to adjudicate on any appeals against certain decisions of the Property Services Regulatory Authority.
